We deliver to addresses supported at checkout. If your destination cannot be selected, contact admin@nanoeman.com before ordering.
Processing and delivery
For in-stock items, estimated delivery from payment confirmation, including processing, is:
- Local delivery: up to 7 business days.
- International delivery: 21–30 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays observed by the dispatch team or destination carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Preorders, personalized items and special orders have separately stated lead times agreed before purchase. We do not guarantee arrival for an event unless expressly agreed in writing.
Customs inspections, remote locations, inaccurate addresses, carrier disruption, severe weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend delivery. Contact us if your order is materially delayed. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Shipping charges and import fees
The shipping charge shown at checkout applies to your order. Free shipping applies only when explicitly shown. Import duties, clearance charges and destination taxes not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where permitted by law. We do not undervalue shipments or declare purchases as gifts for customs purposes.
Addresses and delivery issues
Provide accurate delivery details. Contact us immediately to request a correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Where permitted by law, reasonable additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused parcel or missed collection may be charged to you. This does not mean automatic forfeiture of your purchase price.
Where tracking is available, it is provided with the dispatch notification. If a parcel is missing, delayed or damaged, contact us with your order number. Keep packaging and available photographs to help investigation; photographs are not a condition of statutory rights. A delivered scan is not automatically conclusive proof of receipt. We investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Our delivery obligations are not discharged merely by handing a parcel to a carrier.
