Refund policy

Requesting cancellation or a return

Contact admin@nanoeman.com with your order number. You may request cancellation before dispatch; after dispatch, return arrangements may be needed. Statutory notices do not require prior approval or a special form. Other contact channels are listed in our Contact Information.

For ordinary consumer purchases, notify us within 14 calendar days after receiving the item or receiving legally required transaction information, whichever is later. Longer periods and additional rights required by applicable law take precedence. Contact us for the correct return address before sending a parcel; this does not restrict statutory cancellation rights.

Return accessories and packaging where available. Discretionary returns beyond legal entitlements require unused items in their original condition and packaging. For statutory returns, inspection, opening packaging or missing packaging does not automatically prevent cancellation. Any deduction for diminished value must be legally permitted and supported by the facts.

Return costs and exceptions

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return delivery where legally permitted. Any cancellation charge is limited to what applicable law allows and disclosed before being applied. No blanket restocking fee applies. Personalized or made-to-order goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation only where a relevant legal exception applies and was disclosed before purchase. Sale items retain mandatory rights.

If an item is defective, incorrect, not as described or not delivered as required, contact us. We arrange return or collection at our expense where required and provide the applicable refund, repair, replacement or other remedy. No cancellation charge applies where prohibited by law.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds go to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or legally required. Statutory refunds are processed within the applicable legal deadline; inspection or internal approval does not extend that deadline. Payment-provider or bank posting times may be additional. Original shipping charges are refunded where required. Exchanges depend on stock availability; an unavailable replacement does not remove a right to a refund.
